2012年，8又二分之一萌生。從一棟廢棄五十多年的老宅與美軍住宿，重新打造為以藝術為基礎的跨界藝文平台，結合旅居、美食、展覽，將新與舊融合為一個有機的容器，在482巷子內，展開她全新的姿態與生命旅程。

Fast-forward to the year 2012, we found the perfect place to realize the dream: a space for art and those who loves art. It is an old US Army dormitory located in a quiet ally, far away from the zooming traffic on the main street.  The house was built in 1963, the same year Fellini made 8 ½. Fifty years later, in a place thousands of miles away from Rimini, another dream was born, ready to unfold its own stories.
